  • If Kelloggs Cornflakes formed a band, they would look like this.

  • My God, this is awful.

  • Now I know where Aerosmith got their ideas from!

  • I wonder if these guys are proud of their life's work.

  • This was my fav band of the 70's. Saw them live once & got hauled across the stage after being crushed on the barrier.

I still have my Kenny Annual :-)

  • fühl mich in die schulzeit zurückversetzt gg

  • Happy Birthday, Yan!!! Have a Wonderful Year!! With Love...

    16th Jan. 2010

  • @fancykenny What ever happened to Yan? What's he doing now?

  • Forestamtul. Rick driscoll is still alive. He's now fronting his own version of kenny.

  • 70's memories ..great!!!!!!!!!!

  • Rick Driscoll sounds a lot like Leslie McKeown of the Bay City Rollers.

  • which one is Rick? Is he still alive if he is must be getting on. thanks

  • Rick is the one singing lead. I have no idea whether or not he's still alive. Sorry.

  • not to worry thanks for letting me know.

  • Shortly after this & The Bump, the guitarist on the left with the long blond hair was in a bike accident & had his arm ripped off. Very sad.

  • Fuck, didn't something like that happen to the drummer with

    Def Leppard ?

  • October 15th is Chris's(Keyboards) birthday.

Happy Birthday Chris!! I hope the following year will be another wonderful one. I want to listen to your so good piano playing!!

  • Today (October 1st) is Andy's (drums) birthday. Happy Birthday Andy!! I hope you have a fabulous day! Nice Shouting!!

  • looks like the K from Kelloggs

  • glam times in 75 .seve in orpington

  • I lived in Petts wood in 75..just down the road..lol

  • How true is the rumour I keep hearing that they kicked out band member Keith Cheqwin?

  • It is true that Keith Chegwin was in Kenny, but there's no mention of him in any of their credits. perhaps they were jealous he got a job on Swap Shop, ha!

  • Blimey, who got out of bed the wrong side this morning?

    It's great FUN pop!

The way I look at it, I'm still listening to the glam/pop bands of the early 70's 35+ years later!

How many of today's kids will still be listening to the garbage that is being forced on them today in the future?

  • In the 70's and 80's pop culture and youth culture was centre stage. It was something people experienced collectively as there were fewer T.V. channels and everyone watched Top of the Pops. Now nobody knows who is number one (at least I don't) and today's music is boring. Nothing of interest has happened since the mid 90's and even X factor winners vanish after one hit.

  • Hi Metal - My mum used to say that back in the 70s. She still dances to Glen Miller and Frank Sinatra - oh and the Bay City Rollers. But really, like today, most of it is **it.

  • Rumour had it the first Kenny hits were recorded by professional studio musicians, the shown band members only performing later on stage. Nevertheless, words and music by Bill Martin and Phil Coulter were really great.

  • great

  • Come on Mister Traintieon put this rockin tune in one of your new films.

  • Today ( May 1st) is Rick's (vocal) Birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Rick!! I want to hear you singing more! Excellent!! I hope the following year will be another wonderful one.

  • How old are they now in their fifties?

  • well it was the seventies ...so yeah!

  • thanks I wonder what they look like now?

  • How old would he be now?

  • Bought this little classic when I was around 9 or 10 yrs old. Always remember the B-side called 'I'm a winner'. Aaah happy days.

  • Yan Stile is our mate!

    Go CANEGREEN!

  • Fancy Pants 70´ s the best band

  • March 14th is Chris's (bass) birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Chris!! Nice voice! Do you still continue playing the music with Andy? I wish you many happy returns!

  • Do you know how old Chris will be which one is he the dark permed hair one?

  • He was born in 1957 ( by old books)

    But...Maybe 1956???

  • Another great song and dance by bay city rollers

  • Kenny - not the Rollers 'o)

  • Today (January 16th) is Yan's (guitar) birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Yan!! I love your Wonderful singing♪ Wish you all the best for this Great Day!

  • put this in it's context, par for the course in the mid 70's (she's a rocker, she's a shocker etc.) heart of stone was by kenny but before this lot carried on the name. h o s was sung by a chap called tony kenny. he followed it up with a song called give it to me now. both on the rak label as were these. seems like micky most hoofed out poor old tony kenny (a butcher's boy as i recall) but kept the name for this lot.

  • didnt they do heart of stone

it was a really good song that

  • Andy Walton looked a pit pissed off.

  • What makes you think that about my dad??

  • Some of his facial expressions, not meaning to be bad. I like Kenny.

  • Thank god punk came.People who like this ditched it overnight.

  • How does it feel, being a TERRIBLE PERSON?

  • Yeah well it happened mate, that`s how it was.Pop shit like this continued until new wave took over after The Sex Pistols burst on the British rock scene in 1976.And it got much better from then on.

  • You're a complete and trotal n00b to punk and new wave, sry2say.

  • "Baby I Love You, OK" was great, and "Nice To Have You Home" should have followed the previous four singles into the Top 20 but inexplicably bombed.

  • do have (Kenny)``baby I love you Ok`` video to share?

    thank you!

  • Sorry.....I don't have it. I am also looking for "Red Headed Lady".

  • Hiya,

Well I have a copy of the old single Red Headed Lady and it's signed by Chris the Oguy on the organ. Not that it was hard to get his autograph on the single .... as he is my brother !! :-)

  • I saw your brother's website! Does he play the keyboards at home recently? (What kind of music does he play?) Who is his favorite artist? Please tell himHappy Birthday!" (Sorry, bit late...)

  • which website you referring to? the holiday flats one? or some other. He's done a few! When you see groups playing songs, because the music is so easy you see people like my brother playing the organ with one finger, and occasionally even a few at the same time!! Everyone normally assumes this is all they can do. It's true that pretty much anyone can join a band and play an instrument. Thing is with Chris is that before this he was already a classical pianist. He plays a lot of classical at home

  • Thank you for your reply. I saw "Holiday flats" website. I knew that he began classical piano lessons at a very young age. ( I am not good at English...) I understand that he is a good player because I can also play the piano. I knew that his favorite artists were Rod Stewart & Faces ( etc...) at that time. I think they (members of The Kenny) have a lot of talented in music!

  • One of the best songs of the 70's

  • Superb song.

  • Where is the pants LOL

  • I agree! - i remember this lot! What a bunch 'o cunts!

  • ....who earnt a great deal of money out of it .... now who's one :-)

  • THE MOST ANNOYING BAND EVER

  • I disagree. Have you seen the clip of "Fancy Pants" by the 90's Kenny? It is absolutely AWFUL!

  • Ha! I was in their fan club for a short while.

  • bet ya got some cool stickers...

  • please do anybody have ´´baby I love you Ok´´video?

    thank you

  • I Loved this record when I was 10, sort of gone down in my estimations since lol.

  • Auch ein video das ich kenne und das sehr super ist das von kenny

  • i hated this record.

  • Makes you feel more alive! Wonderfully naff. They don't make popstars like this anymore.

70's & 80's were the best. Not much for the average pop fans after 1990.

  • Ein Supervideo,eine Supergruppe,ich will mehr davon!!!!

  • love these gam groups, they were so much better pop than they were given credit for, too bad only the bay city rollers made it to the us

  • what are they doing now ?

  • Superb!

  • GLAMTASTIC !!!!

Top marks for sharing this vid. Take a bow.

  • Ahhhh. That is so sweet. x

  • Kenny wore Kickers!

great stuff, glam at its best

  • I hope this good music-times will come back one day. Great Song!

  • Wow, this one brings back memories.

  • Blimy, this was one catchy hidden gem!

  • Excellent song. I'm glad that I found the video. Wonder why they never got bigger - they had a number of good songs.
