I like how this one is an over-the-shoulder type shooter. I'm fond of them and FPS style shooters. That aside, this looks like an AMAZING game!!

@extinctperson051997 I'm not sure, but I think there's 2 or 3. There's Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker and Metal G ear Solid: Portable Ops. There could be some more, but I don't know what they are.

@extinctperson051997 There's Portable Ops (and its expansion, Portable Ops +) and Peace Walker, which are proper MGS games. They are direct sequels to MGS 3 and play like it (though Peace Walker plays like more of an MGS3 / MGS4 hybrid at times) There's also Metal Gear Acid and Acid 2, which are card-based strategy type games rather than the "Tactical Espionage Action" shown in this video. They're still unique and great fun though. Well worth a look.

@extinctperson051997 You're welcome. The great thing about MGS is that you honestly can't go wrong with it. Some games are superior to others, but the whole franchise is solidly brilliant.

If you want to follow the plotline then your best bet is to pick up MGS3 cheap on eBay (though you may enjoy some of the references to MGS2 more if you play that game first) and then play through Portable Ops and Peace Walker. However, if you can't be bothered then Peace Walker trumps Portable Ops.
