Eastern Europe is not shithole. East Europe was even before their revolutions more poor than wes Europe. the greatest and richest nations in erurope in late 1800's were. Britain, Italy, France, Gremany, Belgium, Neterlands, and other west european countrys. Look at south Europe (greek, Portugal ect.) They are more poor and less developed than East Euroe.

All the Capitalist African and South America countries are more poor and less developed than East Europe.

The only East European country where the majority want Communism back is Ukraine. Look at Western Europe, the U.S., South Korea, Japan, Australia. All of these countries have prospered under Capitalism. Then look at their Communist counterparts North Korea, Vietnam, Cuba, China. The people in these countries have no freedom, and Communism ensures that everyone stays poor. Under Capitalism everyone has a chance to live well. Under Communism nobody does.
