What an immature 14-year old punk idiot, proves that he shouldnt be driving that kind of equipment. He and his father should be banned from racing since they both seem to act identical. (I assume his dad was the one on the 4-wheeler)

Two faults here.

One-The Officials should have just simply not scored him and then dealt with this issue Pit Side.

Which leads to Two: Memmer would have been less likely to do this antic on track perhaps.

Memmer has to be forward thinking looking bigger picture as USAC certainly won't stand for this once he arrives there.
