  • Thanks for this video,I find it very helpfull because we have the same problem with our 2 mounths old boy...I know it looks like terrible torture but what we can do if it helps to drain the secretion and clean the eye and the doctors also recommends this metod which I think is more uncomfortable than painfull(i know,my baby cryes that way sometimes even if he's only hungry)that's life, painfull from the start.,but we just must do what is needed to prevent surgical interventions and complications

  • People saying this is child abuse are fucking ridiculous?!?! Probably 12 year old girls.

  • I've been using my breast milk to help open up my babys tear duct...so far its worked amazingly well...we also do the massages and warm compress.

  • dont take me as evil but why am i enjoying this :P

  • @ROBLOXDUDE1231 A lot of evil people don't consider themselves evil.

  • I know this was more painful for you than it was for the baby, she is so young she wont remember any of this however i know the memory of having to do something that gave your child pain will last alot longer with yourselves, just remember its to make her better, just like when you have to tell them no when they want things that will hurt them, same difference really

  • This is a simple , common, and GENTLE procedure used to insure clear passage of the tear ducts. This therapy is far easier and causes far less trauma than the surgery required IF this type of therapy does not work as the ducts will need to be cleared mechanically. Kudos to the parents for NOT jumping directly to the knife and for have the patience and persistence to treat this properly despite the protestations of the baby. Small discomfort for a big pay-off.

  • I'm sorry there are so many idiots on youtube like to throw judgement esp towards parents to make there own parenting feel better. Or to feel important! I'm surprised Parents even upload any videos at all it's not like anyone on here appreciates anything. 90% comments are from Useless idiots who judge but don't no nothing. This is why I have a seperate account and set my videos on private! Anyway You baby is beautiful I hope i never have to go threw any of that when i have a child, Goodluck!

  • I am not watching a video.Your doctor told you to have a camera right up in your child's face?Your doctor told you to video tape doing that to your child?

  • I mean seriously, you have your stupid camera in her face, and your watching your child hysterically cry,its just so gross and sick.

  • @Pinkaliciousxo31 Did you even read? The doctor TOLD us to do this, SHOWED us how to do it, he was even more hard on her than we were, we were holding back. If we had not done this, she would have had to have SURGERY, but because we did this, her infection was GONE after 3 months. Read before you make an idiot of yourself. Google the condition, do something, dont just run out and announce your idiocy.

  • I have never seen such abuse in my life, you should be ashamed of yourself having a god damn camera so close up to your baby's face and video tapping it is even sicker.and hurting your baby?Wow really, what great parents you are.Pushing your finger in her eye?um yeah, not very smart.Ever heard of a doctor before?

  • @Pinkaliciousxo31 Watch this video to see what would have happened to her if we had not done what our doctor told us to do: youtube.com/watch?v=D3CFXTTVSxo

  • aww poor lil one, but yes it needs to be done :( maybe breastfeeding would have calmed her down a bit

  • this is heartbreaking..

  • This was really hard to watch if you are a parent even if not you can hear in the babys cry when it was painful and stopped breathing for min Jesus dude why couldn't someone hold the baby and soothe her or him while you're poking it's eye out? I understand it needs to be done but shit try to be comforting I wish I didn't watch this cruel

  • Damn abusive!! Bring it to the doctor... Jesus christ what type of parentinging is that..

  • Its exactly the same thing the doctor would have done. Only doctors aren't emotionally attached to the baby, so they tend to push even harder, because they know it needs to be done.

  • @eckolistik The doctor is who showed us how to do this as it HAD to be done or her tear duct would burst and become infected. Check out any of my video's of Sam, as you can see she turned out just fine.

  • @eckolistik Their obviously not great parents if they cant be smart enough to bring their baby to a doctor.and having a god damn camera right in their baby's face, how sick.

  • @Pinkaliciousxo31 They did bring there baby to the doctor. The doctor did the same thing AND the doctor wanted them to video tape it while they did it at home. Please grow a brain before you type with your little fat sausage fingers and try to 'tell' them what they shoulda/coulda/done. They are the smart ones, not you.

  • Kill it with fire

  • ooooh poor little baby...

  • thanx for uploding this vedio

  • I cried watching this! Poor baby! :(

  • it looks terrible to watch - im going thru the same thing and this is the way to drain it out - when my baby was 8weeks old ..omg! i was at the er for 6hrs and if we as parents dont drain it - it can get realy bad - and the drs will drain it and got iv to help fight the infection - my baby now 11mths are waiting for the surgery once he turs one to cure it - poor little things at long as there is a way to treat it we need to do our best...good luck for this baby and the others that have it

  • armes baby, kinderquäler

  • gods sakes thats bad, thats a little thing with heart and soul, its hard not to feel bad for this little thing

  • @corcoranstateprison It was a short lived infection, you can see her (Sam) in my other vids, she will be 3 in september. I think it was more that she hated being held down than actual pain. Still though :)

  • gr8 video,.,, it gave me and idea of what should i do..thanks

  • it would have been much worse, possibly spread to the other eye like your son, but we forced ourselves to drain it constantly and kept up with the drops and it eventually cleared up. the draining in the video was minor, almost nothing compared to when the doctor did it to show us how to do it. As you can see from more recent video's, Sams eyes are fine now, she will be 3 in september.

  • This poor poor baby, Like your Baby. My Son Locke went through the whole eye infection stage as an infant due to a blocked tear duct, but antibiotic eye drops did not do a very good job of fighting off eye infections.

  • My Son Locke was born with a blocked tear duct, he developed an eye infection in his dark blue eyes that spread from 1 eye to the next in less then a week old & was on antibiotic eye drops,he continued with the eye infections even when on eye drop antibiotics for the 1st 2 months of his life,

  • My Son Locke never complained even when his right eyelid became swollen & puffy fat & closed up on antibiotic eye drops. The next day the blocked tear duct was gone and no more puffy swollen eyelids closed over fat eyelids.

  • Are you sure that you were supposed to do this to that baby? makes my skin crawl :O

  • it was about 50/50, she hated being held down, but also hated having her infection drained. She was in a bit of pain but not as bad as it may seem, I think. Shes almost two years old now and a happy little monster :)

  • My children never had that so how do children get it.

  • Born with it, if your water breaks and birth does not happen right away, infections can occur. She was born maybe 5-8 hours after the water broke.

  • My poor baby girl,I still feel her pain when I see this. Thank god it cleared up on its own and needed no surgery.

  • the wife posting with my computer I see ;)

  • Oh God! Poor baby! It is so painful to watch your baby suffer like that...and still have to do what you have to do to make them better.Does it hurt when you do that to her? or was she just mad that you were holding her still? I just had my baby gir of 6 weeks a the hospital for a week and they had to stick her 5 times to get the IV in, and lots of other stuff! It's is the worst!

  • whats happened for this baby ?

Sorry I'm french and I cannot understand all in english...
