Which mount did you use, was it the suction mount? did you mount that near the vertical stabilizer on the tail portion? I have a permanent mount on the inside and have gotton some very nice movies. would love to know the stability of you tail mount and any effects on aerodynamics
@mikgadhoke I built a fiberglass cuff that went over leading edge of vertical fin just above the pitot tube. Worked great and I could not feel any difference in the cockpit. I would not put anything on leading edge of horizontal stab - as always do any mod at your own risk.
nice landing! what was the landing speed? i don't understand that people think a glider can't be flown like any other plane.. and they ask things like: what if there's no wind? blabla..
Good catch. You are completely right. It is better not to adjust spoilers or flaps in a turn in case only one of them works getting you into an asymmetrical situation while turning. Good reminder.
