I'm an advanced skier, and have been skiing for 14 years now. When I discovered your videos, I mostly watched the advanced lessons, but then I decided to watch your beginner lessons too, and am I glad I did! It helps me correct those little flaws which I didn't even notice before, and I'm so much more in control of my own skiing nowadays! I even put on my boots differently haha! I can say I have improved a lot recently, thanks to you!
@LindaMcGrad Thanks very much I'm glad the videos helped, something that often happens is that people put too many labels on beginner intermediate and advanced skiing ultimately good skiing translates through all levels, thanks again
I'm curious what is your recommendation for ski length for beginners. Some people say it should reach your chin, others follow the manufacturer sizing charts, and yet others say the shorter the better. My height is 183cm, weight 90KG.
@de0xyrib0se I would say something around a 170. As a rough guide anywhere between the shoulder and nose should be okay,if you are not too confident maybe near the shoulder and if you are getting on well and picking up more speed something nearer the nose.
