yeah, I used to have the map, then the economy went down, jobs got scarce, I got old and unemployed. The money I had is dwindling. I have cars, a house, a dog, a wife... it's all gonna go away in the next year or two if I can't find a J.O.B. I always worked for the other man, and got a paycheck. I just want that again.
Be at the Park and Ride at 5:15 and we'll go move alot of furniture together. In several years you can be a contractor making 200,000+ gross. Your life sucks at that point, you are a slave to yourself rather than someone else. But I sure play the Lottery
@mrstuperstefan Do you even know how the free market works ??.....do you not understand that in a capitalist society one has to fail for another to succeed ?? hence the american dream/promise is impossible for all; so you then must conclude that the american dream was a lie and nothing less.
@mariss711 So......let me see. you state that we live in a zero-sum game. One winner........one loser. So......hmmmmm.let mee see. My understanding is that an individual can invent or produce a product or service and that he has the right to sell that product or service for whatever he chooses. He may profit and expand his business, employing others and benefiting their lives for had he not begun that business or service then that employment opportunity would not exist.
@mrstuperstefan Thats assuming a lot, for instance the opportunity presented to everyone in life is not the same, the american dream pre-supposes that everyone is on equal footing, but that is simply not true, I could have all the ideas and motivation in the world, but if I am in the lower half of the populace my chances at making the american dream happen for me is greatly reduced (you can check that out for yourself) for many many different social and economic reasons.
@mrstuperstefan And yes we do live in a zero sum society, when 1% controls a majority of the wealth in North America that qualifies, the paltry amount of money and goods you posses compared to what the 1% has is nothing, I would rename the American Dream to something like "The American Sleep State"
@mariss711 Your dreams are what you make of them. If you choose to not see opportunity within capitalism that is YOUR death of YOUR American dream. Here is a nugget of WISDOM: Whether you believe you CAN or believe you CAN'T, in both cases you are correct.
@mrstuperstefan I do like the wisdom, and Im not simply talking about myself and my "American Dream", I am more reflecting on what is going on around us and the observations I am making and am involved in myself, if you truly believe that the american dream is an attainable goal for everyone take five minutes and talk to someone under the age of 35, and ask them.
@mariss711 Nope. The world is the world is the world. It is now as it was 100years ago, 150, 200, or 1000 years ago. Man is man and attains within whatever system exists. Capitaism is the most beneficial to the average man for he may attain great heights through his own motivations. Read the originating documents and have revealed to you the caste systems and cronyism, corruption and ruthlessness within all systems and your only true CHANCE is with capitaism.
@mariss711 And capitalism (true capitalism) would allow banks to fail, would reduce prices through vicious levels competion, and would never pay a farmer to NOT grow anything. Markets must be markets and the moment a government interferes with a portion of a market that very market becomes basterdised and is in ruinous danger. THE AMERICAN GOVERMENT IS OUT OF CONTROL. It has been since probably 1930-something.;
I teach indepencence to my ALL UNDER 35 year old emloyees. I will make the US STRON
loved it!! you have a clue!! once you get rich, feel it, then you can share it with the ones you love and then others who need it...then you will feel rich inside as well:) excellent vid!!
Then you'll have to hang around with people just as rich as you. Once you're doing that you've just gone back to being average again (in your social group).
@selvmordspilot It probably won't make you happy, but I would at least like to experience it for at least a week or two. Just to see how it feels. Right now, I have a job that I gotta go to everyday because I need the money. What if I already had the money and I'm just working for fun and not just to support me?
@JragonZiNG Gay?.. + idk where your from but in America you can do what ever the fuck you wan't. he can make videos if he wants to.. as bad as they are.

I'd like you to not use the word "everybody".
You're not speaking for me.
