I'm new to espresso and got my first machine a Rancilio Silvia in late September 2011. Before I had any lesson at all and just watched some youtube videos of people making espresso(no lesson videos only how watched people pulling shots) I was making espresso with a bottomless La Marzocco Strada(great consistence) 23g basket without any spraying at all from the first time.
your grind was wayyy too loose or you didn't tamp hard enough. though in order to tamp a grind that loose, you'd have to be the hulk. tighten your grind. it should be a very consistent moving drip for 24-28 seconds since i'm assuming you're pulling ristretto.
Coffee puck must be a stopper in order to have pressure ! No stopper - no pressure ! You need tamper more ! If you cannot tamper more you have not enough pressure . Water comes out to much easy because you coffee is to coarse or you tamper is weak .For this reason your cream is so white . If you tamper with more force you will have a darker cream and more pressure .
Looks more like vomit than an espresso shot. Looks like grind too course and/or better distribution and tamping needed. But we have all been there sometime...
j/k. It's funny because it starts out like it's gonna be a winner. I can't tell you how many I've pulled like this dialing in a new bean or blend. Your like "Hey!", then "..oh...".
it's milk tea right?

This gasket is 7g you need the other gasket with 21-23g man and also you had to push harder for better extraction . Try again !!!!!!!

This has nothing to do with it being bottomless. Either there is not enough coffee or the grind is much too coarse.
