yeah, i can do them easy now, this happened for one day and i couldn't do a front flip to save my life. My balance was way off as well. But, thing is i can't do the wierd flip anymore.

Yeah, it would. The other week we had an inset day, and i went to this guys house. I went on trampoline for ages and attempted a double front flip, i did 1 and 1/2 flips and landed flat on my face and my feet touched the back of my head. It seriously damaged my back. So that's why next time, i'm gonna tuck when i flip so i rotate much quicker :)
