Magic will win the finals. For one reason. They have a dominant big man.

Lakers have gasol, bynum, odom. Gasol is nice, but he is not a DOMINANT big man. Every year the team with the best big man wins. REmember KG last year, Shaq with old lakers, Sheed with pistons, Duncan with spurs. Lakers don't have a dominant big man. They have a few decent big men. That is why Magic will win. Unless Kobe plays out of his skin for seven games. Then anything could happen. But im betting on Magic in 6.
