I use a hard tooth brush a few times a week and I love the results :) You could have saved a lot and bought a tooth brush. You can use the vibrating tooth brushes too :)
I forgot to mention I used a toothbrush before. I tried the toothbrush first to make sure I wouldnt break out. I actually get better results with this, but if you arent willing to pay for it then the toothbrush makes sense.
