Elk is my fovourite. Can't even imagine a season without going there.

I fished the Elk for the first time a couple years ago and caught my first cutthroat there...I wish I was Canadian in order to fish there all the time...I miss the bears, moose and gigantic cutthroat

is the smaller river(creek)...the wigwam?Anyone?Is it easy to access?I justed moved to the crowsnest and heard about wigwam.

this is su ch a good river and im a spincasting fisherman and whenever i go fishing there all the fly fishing guys look at me like im an alien ahaha

I'm amazed that the Elk River had some smoother waters and the rainbow trout's so pretty to look at. I'd catch and release. Too pretty to eat.

I just finished fishing the Kettle river w/lots of rainbows in it, but them rivers look awesome!
