As a gay republican, and a member of Lincoln's party, civil rights is a big issue and RELIGION NEEDS TO STAY OUT! Since when has the capitol dome been a steeple? See, there ya go. That it is a real problem that affect every body. at this moment you have all kind of couples loosing their house due that they are not able to pay their mortages.

And just look at what is happening now that the voice of the people didn't vote against proposition 8, now they are having a panel of seven justices, six of whom already voted to review the challenges.
If this is not a wake up call then nothing is, what is next? Anything the voice of the people votes for will only become law if certain groups "approve" of their votes?
This is an issue of serious concern for all Americans if we want to preserve all of our freedoms, period.

it's very simple ...the Constitution is the governing document for California and America. I would not support any politician who does not place the Constitution first.
