Marsha, thank u for this video.. I did WW about 5 yrs ago and went from 220 to 175..and had been able to keep my weight down until I started med school.. It's now creeping back up and I had lost motivation cause I just didn't and don't have time but after watching this video, I am going to get back on the regime.. All the best :)

I've seen women of size who were just as appealing or even more beautiful than society's "ideal" thin woman. I just saw her new video, "Far Away" (great song btw) and her weight loss was the first thing I noticed. I always thought she looked good back in the Floetry days too though lol.
Sooo i do weightwatchers been doing it for 4 weeks and i seen Marsha's weightloss and wondered did she do weight watchers then i was like nahh she probaly had a nutrionist and personal trainer, and to know she did weightwatchers really inspires me sooo much, and i started at 210 to and would like to get down to 150 now 201.6 im going down baby yayyy,, love you marsha!!!
Those things help but you can also do it alone. I also lost over 80 pounds without a nutritionist or personal trainer :) Just Praying to God for the correct knowledge! Got me through! God Bless you on your efforts! Keep going :)
@zekeg16 Everybody's taste is different. Yes, she always had a cute face, but physically I prefer a thinner look and find it more attractive. So, to me, she's hotter now, yes. And - like she said - healthier, as well.
