Uhm.. The "stunting" scenes are just copies from the interweb.. The only stunting this guy did was took his left hand off the bar to flip off the camera, and put his feet on the passenger footrests.. These are probably the absolute limits of the riders skills.. And the rider must be 5'3"

I learned to ride on a 2002 CBR 954rr - As long as the bike fits and you don't throttle happy you'll be fine. I'm 5'10" tall and 175lbs. Just take baby steps and you'll be fine
