I think it was a linesman he had a dispute with throughout the 4th set, he tried to get the linesman removed but the Umpire didn't allow Agassi to have his way, so on that set point to take it to a 5th set, I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same guy who Agassi felt gave bad calls - well at least Agassi apologised.
