Something people don't get is that this isn't the official music video or anything. The movie was made with almost no collaboration from the Beatles themselves, which is why some things are weird, for example the whole beards growing while they sing about losing their hair.

Because they were still young & couldn't ever IMAGINE their hair being gone! They all grew it out pretty long~especially George & John who really embraced the whole Peace & Love paradigm shift. I remember when Paul turned 64 & was wising the love of his life had made it there w him ~and how 2 of the Beatles,George & John didn't make it =( When I was 10 or 11 I couldn't ever imagine getting that old! How the years fly! But a song reminiscent of the Roaring 20's or 30's is still as fresh as ever!

some of us kids know about the beatles, greatest band to ever live making films from "A Hard Days Night" to "Help" which is about a jewel that won't come of of ringo's finger unfortunately it is needed by a middle eastern group to perform a sacrifice after many attempts to get the ring back they just decide to try and sacrifice ringo instead which doesn't play out well unfortunately the beatles real life was much tougher than avoiding sacrificial middle easterners, see teenagers know them too
