Hi dear, you're so pretty. Hey, I'd like to suggest that TED sufferers google "thyroid eye disease" and "lysine, CoQ10 and selenium" (don't put these last three in quotes). If you research recent studies on TED they suggest that the eye disease results from oxidative damage. These 3 supps are all anti-oxidants. A recent Hong Kong study also suggests that drinking high-quality green tea helps. I am definitely seeing improvement taking these 3 supplements and they are good for graves as well.

Mayos was awesome. They expedited my fathers treatment like no other. Catscan optho Endo Ent he didn't need the craniotomy. High dose steroids intravenously there is hope. Mayos rocks!!!!!!

My father has a severe case. He has gone through the decompression surgery at Mayos. We are flying back up to MN for a second decompression surgery. The bulging eyes was just the beginning. He let it go too far and now there is a good chance he will be blind. The double vision (one eye crossed), the tightness in the muscle behind the eyes it is bad. They can't seem to releave the stress on the optical nerve. It is very very sad. Please take care of yourself. Blindness is a very scary thing.

My sister and I have graves disease. & she got it in like 1999, looked at her eyes about a month ago and hers are back to normal. I've had it for like 2 years now, and 1 eye is bgger than the other. Sometimes, I still feel pretty, but it's nothing like how I looked before. I had issues with the way I looked before. & now, when I look at my old pictures, I see how beautiful I really was. aww im sorry girl, i maybe having thyroids eye disease since my eyes have been bulging and eys are dispared (double vision) and its been making me feel insecureee tooo. well best of wishe girl, and hopefully the corrective surgery works out!

your more than a face. you are a whole being. i know it must be so hard...but you have to tell yourself that you love yourself when you look in the mirror. it will help you heal. auto immune is when the body turns on itself! self-contempt won't help...only self-love. compassion for yourself...you've done nothing wrong. your eye is not indicative of the quality of your spirit.

im also taking 150ug t4 with 10ug slow release t3. how much are you taking if you dont mind? probably just t4 alone which is what i want to eventually go on.

but i notice if i eat healthy the problem clears up. so im going to try and eat healthy and hopefully it settles. hey do you experience memory problems or a foggy head at all?

Thanks for sharing melissa. if you post again would love to watch more. you dont look as bad as you probably think you stiull are very pretty. hubby a lucky guy. what did it first feel like when the eyes started there change? i can feel pressure on my eyes for the past 6 months now but they have not prtruded yet thank god. but my vision seems to spasim every now and then. when both eyes do it i cant do much feel a bit like a blind person for the time it happens.
