She might have eggs in her, but when she's ready to spawn, she won't run from the male. She will show vertical stripes so the male will know to build a bubble nest. If you feed them live brine shrimp and other foods like that, it helps to condition them for spawning. Keep an eye on them when they're together because either one of them might seriously injure the other if they aren't ready to mate. Bettas can be vicious. Good luck. :-)
