He will get faster. I agree 4.5 isn't THE fastest but when youre around 240 now and only a sophomore you don't need to focus on gaining more muscle weight - just maintain it and get stronger and the only thing you need to focus on now is getting faster. Plus, combine coaches should shore up a tenth or so..
