I'm a Christian, I've studied theology, went to a Christian School and work with youth. This is said to act as though faith and science are at odds. Genesis is a poem, much like the other poems of creation stories written during that time period, yes its divinely inspired and has merit. But to act like all truth isn't God's truth is disturbing. It's called Theistic Evolution, let's not limit how God works by what we perceive.

Funny, funny stuff.
I like when 15 year olds claim intellectual superiority over professors who devote their whole life to studying and understanding biology.
And when I say studying and understanding biology I mean the concept of "everything just coming out of thin air by accident".
