F, G and C major, occasional Am to switch it up, and in the middle instrumental break it's just F to C back and forth. It's a pretty straightforward progression and you can pick the melody out of the stock chord fingerings as a result.

P.S.- I think your guitar work is awesome and your voice is "nice" but I think you could try to put a little more "edge"(?) into your singing. Let me know.
