There's a trick for level 22 that will get you up to the 6th bend. You have to avoid the ones that are going around in a rectangle pattern, then avoid the ones going in a square pattern. Make sure while you're on the rectangle pattern, that one of the balls is right behind you, that will get you through the square pattern automatically if you just keep going. Just before the 6th bend this doesn't work because of the direction the rectangle patterned ones are rotating.

You really shouldn't take the name of the game all to seriously, it's not the hardest game in the world, it's simply a quite HARD game. Although, I doubt anyone with as much "attempet murder - history" as yourself would be spending his days on YouTube :)
