We had the same thing with our Sheltie pup. He would bark at the oven, the stove, the glass sliding door, ... anyplace where he'd see a reflection of himself. It got so bad for a while that we taped newspaper over all reflective surfaces. With time he got over it, but occasionally he'll still bark if/when he sees a reflection in our glass sliding door.
So cute. sounds like your little one is saying to the oven I know you got food in there and it smells so good so hand it over now!. I Know I have an active imagination and have raised fur babies for the biggest part of my life. Your baby in the video resembles my little boy. My boy is about 10 months older. Protective and as loyal as ever and could pass for your little fur baby. Wouldn't trade the experience have having him or my previous babies for all the money in the world. X ;)
it is cocoa! he's a handful ain't he? cute puppy though. I wish we had pictures of our shelti ginger from when she was a puppy. we have pics of her now though and she has been just a great pet :) ( still is, she's about 6 or 7 years old now ) we love her to pieces :) we don't know what we'd do without our ginger in the family
