  • @goviks37 - To my knowledge, all 8th graders who through shot put will be throwing an 8 lb ball. In the discus, I believe it is 1k. Daniel has been district champ 2 years in a row. He has been throwing only 2 years. He has a video of 7th and 8th grade on youtube. You can check him out throwing. He is getting much better.
