  • very well presented. who the hell else is going to work the farms? the blacks? the whites? the pakis? get real america. work together not against. what are we gonna do when that lettuce costs 12 dollars a head? moreso getting a lazy union worker...

  • @yeomalt2 Had I checked back and saw this I would've been there. I'm interested on how it went. Was there any media coverage? Videos?

  • I have lived in this community for 59 years, born and raised here. I wonder why I'm just now seeing this video? I'm against the NWO and am active in a non violent resistance movement and have been for 30+ years so I see a lot of this type of video. I wonder if this is just another way to acclimate citizens to martial law. Put a frog in a pot of cold water and turn it on. Too late for froggy in the end. Hello Holocaust. Good video. Done respectfully.

  • Rights are precious. If you must kill to protect your rights, you MUST do so. Plummer vs State. Only obey lawful orders. A man that violates your sacred rights to move freely must be killed. The oligarchs that rule over us, the fake politicians that serve the oligarchs rather than the People should also be executed. Only mass resistance and killing Rothschilds & his associates will open a window of opportunity to restore a republic. Wonder why our military has not acted on our behalf?

  • God, I love Canada!

  • @TheInternetWanderer Canada sucks even more than the US as far as individual rights go. We have plenty of bullshit drinking & driving roadchecks where the cops in BC have even MORE power to act as judge now.

Canadians don't even have any Miranda rights (look it up).

The only good part about Canada is Universal Healtchcare (and that's been getting much worse over time)

  • @Int3rlocutor - They're are not called "Miranda Rights" but we do have the equivalent.

The Canadian Charter warning reads (varies by police service): "You are under arrest for (charge), do you understand? You have the right to retain and instruct counsel without delay. We will provide you with a toll-free telephone lawyer referral service, if you do not have your own lawyer. Anything you say can be used in court as evidence. Do you understand? Would you like to speak to a lawyer?"

  • @TheInternetWanderer See my post above. Sorry for the confusion. The fact that an attorney isn't legally required to be present (even if you demand one to be present) during questioning/interrogation, certainly isn't equal to the US Miranda rights.

  • @Int3rlocutor - "Canadians don't even have any Miranda rights " I did look it up, perhaps you should too!

  • @TheInternetWanderer Sorry man, my bad..I wasn't specific enough. Yes we have similiar rights read to us when arrested, but the difference in our legal system is that the police can interrogate you for hours & hours WITHOUT an attorney present (Yes, they really are legally entitled to do so). So if your attorney can not come right away, they can interrogate you until he arrives AND even after he is gone if they wish. 12 hour interrogations like this have occurred.

  • i do believe if you are a border patrol agent , you should have to gaurd the oppisite border of your nationality... mexican on canadian border, canadian on mexicos border and so on.....

  • arpaio+border patrol+sb1070= nazi republicans= school of hate and discrimination

  • @yeomalt2, nonsense, not in this day and age in border areas/regions. National security.

  • In San Diego and El Paso they have arrested BP Agents for smuggling and found out that one agent was also an illegal alien. The cases are still pending. They are both innocent until proven guilty. Both agents are supervisors. Are they still working at the checkpoints?

This can be substantiated by a Google Search: Border Patrol Agent Arrested in Smuggling Case

  • @geological95 I always get asked for papers by "border giards" who can BARELY speak English! Imagine that!

  • Take that border patrol to Iraq or keep it in the border where it belongs not in the city.

  • Soon, they will be arresting Americans at these internal, nazi style checkponts and shipping them off to the internal "FEMA" concentration camps. Americans better wake up soon...REAL SOON!

  • The brown shirt phase is beginning the patriots get derided as traitors .blah blah, it's Oh so Hilterian.. Oreilly does it. so it travels like this dirty, HARRY effect.. aaagOSHhhh..HAHAHAHA...fffunny me me sooostoned...

  • Haha okay you keep drinking that koolade Alex Jones keeps feeding you.

I can't believe people still listen to that guy and his like.

And FYI, they regularly arrest Americans at these internal checkpoints. Car thieves, murderers, rapists, armed robbers, people and drug smugglers, those kinds of Americans.

Of course it never makes the news. The only news we get from these "nazi" checkpoints is from these Youtube superstars like Checkpoint USA and Steven Anderson.

  • I understand that MOST illegal aliens come in from the south, and as a result that's where MOST Border Patrol agents are stationed, but that doesn't mean we can ignore the Northern Border, which has much greater land mass (more opportunity to cross illegally) than the southern border. That is why the 2nd line of border patrols exists.

Feel free to disagree with what I've said, but this national strategy was developed by veteran BP agents with decades of experience who know more than you or I.

  • I've decided to renew my passport early before the next time I need to travel internationally esp. to the US or Canada so that the CBP are forced to use any information they have on their screens about me. I welcome the return to a time when they start acting profressionally and courteously like they did before circa 2006/7.

  • So you can see that it is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to have absolute control of our borders. Illegal aliens WILL make it through, no matter what strategy you use (unless that strategy involves LAND MINES and MACHINE GUNS and orders to kill on sight). The idea behind having a 2nd line of Border Patrol 60-100 miles from the border is to catch those who escaped on the line, or those who entered legally to shop, but then try to sneak into the interior of the US.

  • @phelly2 ...even with land mines, you can't stop a persons desire for a better life.

  • You are welcome to your views on Border Patrol and its mission, but this is my view:

The continental United States has 6000 miles of land border, and there are around 19,000 Border Patrol Agents trying to cover it. The VAST majority of those agents work the actual border, with an emphasis on urban areas. Why urban areas? Because in an urban environment, it's easy for illegal fence jumpers to disappear into the city. Imagine 100-200 jump at the same time, and there's maybe 3 agents around.

  • Video is dumb, who cares about terrorists, illegal mexicans have killed more citizens than the war in the middle east and 9/11 combined. Its nothing personal, its about order. Prolly why mexico such a piece of shit, their people desert it and spread their shit to other countries.

  • The NW corner of Washington State is part of the our BORDER. The U.S. Border Patrol's duty, by law, is to patrol the Border.

  • Illegal Immigration is just what it say's ILLEGAL. If they were interested in being Legal by Gosh THEY WOULD. They are a burden on our system and they send most of the Money they make out of the Country.

  • does that homeland security guy even know that if he were alive in the US in 1942 he'd be on the other end of his gun and in a freaking camp? just doing my job....get a new job asshole

  • Yeah, I know. The person was saying that they regularly see DHS stopping vehicles on I5 near Federal way.

  • As americans, the best thing we can do is to find companies that hire illegals, and report them.We all know of these companies, but very few of you report them,or if you know where they live, you need to report them.We must flood the immigration department with tips, and leads.Keep calling if they don't respond the first time. With your help,we can send alot more of them back to where they belong

  • As Benjamin Franklin said, " Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both."

Franklin nevered dreamed that we would have checkpoints within our borders where citizens would be searched and beaten by Federal Agents.

  • With the heat (although not sufficient) at the southern border, why wouldn't we have some seriously BAD people seeking other routes into the country? Like up north? Takes a real moron not to figure that one out.

  • just ask these thugs "Am I being detained?" "Am I free to go?"

  • The ACLU lawyer is all wet. Senor lawyer, what is the Atlantic Ocean, The Pacific Ocean, The Gulf of Mexico, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Ameruica Samoa. Fr. Duffy, how in GOD'S name is the USBP doing to get parrishoners names?

  • I BPA on the line. WhY? Ask the GOV'T.

  • Border Patrol checkpoints are set up to search and monitor U.S. citizens.

  • Wrong ....

  • Based on this video I get the idea that many immigration checkpoints are being set up all over Washington :-(. As I understand there is also a Border Patrol check point between Portland OR and Vancouver WA. is this true? if so, I think that's too much. The Border Patrol sure have a job to do, but going further into the country I think makes people feel uncomfortable.

  • No, there is no checkpoint between Portland and Vancouver. I believe the only checkpoint is the one in P.A.

  • Just wondering why somebody would give a thumbs down for a factual statement, weird.

  • im from seattle. i like coffee. computers and art movies

  • You guys up in Washington are the new kids on the block. These stops and searches of U.S. Citizens and their homes have been going on in the Southwest for a number of years. It's the main reason why home prices in San Diego have dropped 50% in the last 3 years.

  • As Benjamin Franklin said, " Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both." Smart Guy.

Franklin nevered dreamed that we would have checkpoints within our borders where citizens would be searched and beaten by Federal Agents.

  • Listen to that greedy farmer he is pissed off that his pay roll costs have risen , he cant take advantage of illegal immigrants and pay them super low wages to harvest his crops. Try paying legal residents. If you cant make a profit legally than find new work.

  • Millions of illegal aliens inside the U.S. unlawfully. Oregon issues drivers licenses to them. 80% wanted felons are illegal Mexicans who commited crimes (murder, rape, shootings, stabbings) and fled back to Mexico. How conveinient. I believe this is the terrorism that flourishes everyday in the U.S. while Washington, D.C turns their backs. Tell you what. Should one of my children fall victim, I know exactly what I am going to do.

  • you are a fucking liar

  • Comment removed

  • Correct, in fact the Border Patrol has the Statutory Authority to make arrests for Immigration violations ANYWHERE in the UNITED STATES. The only reason they don't do this now is due to A) Politics B)Agreements made with other agencies such as ICE to handle interior enforcement.

  • Dude, ICE (Customs) has been doing dope and gun cases since before the FBI and ATF.

"trying to get involved" my ass. Everybody thinks since Customs merged with INS that they should abandon all of the Customs responsiblities anc chase Mexicans around all day.

  • Comment removed

  • U.S. Customs-1789 No matter how much BP wishes it wasn't true, ICE did not lose the authority and responsibilities of US Customs.

Who told you ICE doesn't have the authority to prosecute gun and drug cases? They're lying to you, they do it every day and have for a very long time. ICE is the LEAD agency on firearms exportation cases and work shitloads of dope cases without any DEA involvement whatsoever.

  • Comment removed

  • Dude, I did NOT bash BP, and I have no idea where you came up with the "paranoia" statement. I simply said that for some reason, many BP guys seem to wish that the C in ICE (which stands for CUSTOMS) was not there. They would rather it be INS part 2 and ignore all of the Customs responsibilities. Yes, I know what statutes CBP uses but there's a difference between statutory authority and actual job duties. ICE has authority for domestic dope cases but doesn't because that's DEA's realm.

  • Like I said before, ICE absolutely does NOT need to be in a task force to do dope and gun cases. They do it every day and have been since before DEA and ATF were a gleam in someone's eye. I don't want to sound like a dick, but you really don't know what you're talking about when it comes to ICE.

  • And yes, I know that it is more than Mexicans. However, if you look at the careers of any immigration officer in any agency, you will see that the majority of their time is spent dealing with Mexicans.

  • Wow, the owner Nash Farms just freely admitted that his payroll went up by more than 30% because of increased Border Patrol presence. Is that because he only employed workers of questionable legal status prior to the increase of Border Patrol in the area? Does that mean he actually has to pay LEGAL or illegal workers what they are worth now? Shame on him, what a POS.

  • Thank your mentally retarded ex-prez Bush the second for this border f*ck up. He took all national guard soldiers and sent them to iraq, he took away funding for border security, now for almost a decade the Mexican mafia has been allowed to operate unfettered across the border.

  • If you are here illeagally then you are a criminal and its not a racist act for the BP to arrest you.

We are a nation of laws and can not pick and choose to enforce the ones we like.

If your undocumented dont cry foul when you or your criminal friends & family are caught

  • DHS, proudly employing illegal immigrant felons to harass US citizens since 2008.

Once they admit they are violating the 4th amendment, they should be ignored like the criminals they are. Then the revolution could start.

  • I will be more than happy to be stopped at a check point, when President Obama's aunt is deported.

I guess she is above the law.

  • They would love to deport her ass. Unfortunately the one with the balls to do it will be in the unemployment line.

  • They caught 14 illegal aliens wow...what a strong display of the usage of valuable resourses. while they are coming through in thousands.

  • anyone who is happy that the border patrol is doing these kinds of things , needs to go back and read the fucking constitution and stop drinking the kool aid. there is no such thing as a global terror network. wake up u sheep!

  • Oh and Father maybe listening to you makes me ashamed to be a Catholic.

  • This must be an American Criminal Liberties Union (ACLU) video. Who else would defend someone who breaks the law and hires illegal aliens!?!?

  • I was born in this country, I'm not breaking the law driving down the highway. I should not be stopped for any reason except if I'm breaking the law. Get that through your head.

  • This is ridiculous these people are here to protect us being a 100 miles in is a drag net to catch people that have gotten through the actual border

  • "This is ridiculous these people are here to protect us being a 100 miles in is a drag net to catch people that have gotten through the actual border".

No, THAT'S ridiculous. Do you really think illegal aliens will covertly cross the border then jump into cars and drive up the main freeways/highways right into these checkpoints? What's next then, ANOTHER one 100 miles further in? The REAL intention is control of the majority of the regular population, not the minority of illegals/criminals.

  • YUP! They do it all the time! What else you got smart one? And what's more, you people should be happy. Since the Border Patrol is on the border. PORT ANGELES IS ON THE BORDER YOU SIMPLETONS! Brasfield and Daily should be stripped of their badges to not back up their fellow law enforcement officers and CHOOSE what laws they feel should and shouldn't be enforced. You are disgraces. Nash Huber should be arrested and fined for hiring illegal aliens. Don't break the law.

  • Moron, the checkpoint on highway 101, and the Hood Canal bridge are not on the border, neither is Forks, Washington.

  • Last time I checked it is a highway with a nexus to the border. The beach is still a border. Idiot.

  • The feds should definitely pull the funding from that city.

  • The FBI capture known "terrorists" and detain them. The CIA will run operations using the detain "terrorists" to falsify a need for a hidden agenda. Oh wow, look a "terrorists" captured with bomb making material, so the US needs to give up their 4th Amendment Right to stop them. We can't build fences, even though the US bailed out the banks for 2 trillion dollars. OH NO! The US citizens MUST give up their rights!!! More govt BS to destroy the individual.

  • Anyone notice the dept homeland security driving up and down i-5 pulling people over? I've seen them on the stretch from Federal Way up to Seatac...

  • I call BS on that one.

  • So next time (because 3 months later I still see them and more than ever) I will have to take a picture for ya!

  • Yes, that would be great. I would love to know which agency within Homeland Security this would be.

  • Have you taken the pictures yet? I am very curious to see which component of DHS is regularly stopping vehicles on I-5.

  • Under that ruling, the checkpoints must be within 100 miles of the border, and they have to be aimed at catching illegal immigrants or smugglers. The ACLU says the DHS is using that case, coupled with the terrorism threat to conduct searches more aggressive and invasive than the "minimal intrusion" allowed. It is NOT a minor inconvenience; try driving through when you are brown. The actual int'l ports of entry are not adequately staffed federally;DHS should address that before staffing inland.

  • I agree they should not be at the interior, I can understand with in 100 miles from the border but not beyond.

  • the borders include land and sea. the peninsula in this case falls with in the 100 mile border area

  • This is about where I live. Its about families and people I care for. Thank you for posting this.

  • Actually, this video makes a lot of sense, it's not ridiculous. Why should border checkpoints be stopping citizens who are 100 miles inland, shouldn't they be at the border? These checkpoints are nothing more than excuses to practice racial profiling, and everyone should be worried. DHS is testing out the waters with these, because if we let them succeed in these checkpoints, what's to stop them from justifying checkpoints closer to large cities like Seattle later on?
