Coach Verbeek used secondary inexperienced players, so it was a meaningless game. When he coached Korea, he also used secondary inexperienced players for 2007 Asian Cup Qualifier, so that was also meaningless. If he used the professional players, the Socceroos could have won. Looks like Verbeek wanted to test the young players, because that's what he did with Korea.
