I have my own horror story about DCFS, and how they separated me from my children until they were old enough to seek me out on their own. I was finally told by an ex-worker that "I had become an embarassment to them because they had no reason to take my children, and now they had to FIND reasons to keep them from me to cover their own butts." Never charged, never found guilty of anything, and still didn't see my children for over 12 years.

All it takes is ONE anonymous phone call. How easy is that? You don't have the right to face your accuser, because they are protected - they can make any false allegation and never even have to give their name. CPS will be on your doorstep, and you had better not let them in, because they'll be sure to find something that is wrong with your house or the way you raise your children. Read the case law - they ignore the constitution, bully and coerce parents, and commit perjury - all the time!

How would you look if your kids were taken away unjustly? In DCFS courts, you are guilty until proven innocent! DCFS workers are allowed to suppress any evidence they wish to. There is no hope for people with children under 5 because they are the easiest to sell to adoptive homes.
That's a lie, and that's why, for example, the Supreme Court of Texas said GIVE THE FLDS CHILDREN BACK, that's why another judge said, when CPS was in court defending themselves against a lawsuit for their corrupt evil ways - the Defendant (CPS) has an "exaggerated view of their powers". These bullies are evil, like you've never imagined. And they never give parents the presumption of innocence, they just STEAL their children.
