Hey in the first minute of this video, the footage looks great, even at youtube standard playback setting of 360p. How do you export to youtube and still make it look that good on 360p?

One thing you can see is the difference in the image stabilization. I've tested the Sony and the IS on it is unreal! I like the canon features. Just not sure which way to go. Thanks for posting.

I can see the canon focus much faster than sony in time 00:28 second the sony takes about 3 second to focus and in canon in00:31 seconds canon focus immediately. did u used manual focus in sony or what.. ??

canon has instant AF.

canon's picture is clear and sharp but the colour seems slightly bluish in appearance. sony is  clear and seems to be having more original colours.(eg. cats under side while laying, the chair handle,the brown cloth etc...) .

The Canon looked sharper to my eye but the different color\white balance has thrown me off to make a definite call on which I prefer. They both look good but different.

Sony looks worse but so slightly. The canons has much better control over white balance shutter speed ect so im sold. Its hard to find people who can encode properly

this is a good demonstration but you should put the 2 shots side by side so viewers can compare them more easily instead of going back and forth to compare them

this is nice but im not in the mood to wait a year for this cam to come down ima just get a sr11 even tho it has 1 3rd the space of this cam.its like 600 to 700 dollars cheaper

Hmmm, the not much difference between the two. The canon seems to make a more seemless transition when focusing while the sony seems to perform better in limited lighting situations.
