@WeightGainNetwork im trying to build muscle of course...but i want to be sure im gonna be doing this right.....so what i do is do my workout 1 day and rest the next.i do this on-tel Friday and rest on the weekend. is doing that gonna get me the muscle i want??? or should i change how i work out
