  • Jackson State University's arrangement by Blake Gaines (Current Morehouse College Band Director and former Juke) was a very good arrangement as well.

  • One of his oldest and best albums ...I'm a huge fan of this man and his talent♥♥♥ have listened to him for years, & I wont ever voluntarily stop listening to/enjoying his music... A bonus was that one of the sweetest men I have known knew who this was WithOut me having to tell him....such a heartrub that was ♥♥♥.......and BTW, yes, I did have this on vinyl☺☺☺

  • My hat's off to Dr. Greggs and (Eric Baskin ,arranger ) of Southern University for introducing us to a broad range of music. I grew up in New Orleans and my parents owned a nightclub, so I thought my musical taste were varied . but what came out of SU's bandroom in the 70's, 80's, and 90's was amazing to say the least.
