transylvania ey? Listen up Count Fatula, put your tarp back on and stop acting like your using that dam thing, your even fatter then week 1, what part of 6 weeks don't you understand fat ass!!
To all the nice people who keep spamming my channel with posts which are obviously just an excuse for some lame weight-loss site --
I will remove ALL of those posts as soon as I see them. You're wasting your time. Nobody wants to read that stuff, get your own channel if it's so great! But stay off mine.
To everyone else, thanks for the posts. You guys keep me going when I really rather just go lie on the couch and watch 'Heroes.'
I'm not overweight, but I just started working out a few weeks ago and you're kind of like my "accountability partner" because I don't work out with anybody at home.
I should take before pics (even though I'm 3 weeks in) and at least post those in a video for ya. I can't do the every week thing.
Keep up the good work, and I agree with FrozenPol, switching up the workouts to shock the body is a great thing.
It's a fairly old Sony Handicam Hi-8 recorder. I play the video back through a KWorld DVD Maker I got at Office Depot; it plugs into the video jack output of the camera and into the USB port on my PC.
Thanks, that's a good idea. I keep meaning to do the usual workout Monday Wednesday Friday and then do a few new things Tuesday and Thursday. This week I'll try that!
this video brought tears to my eyes from o to 20+ weeks, NEVER Quit. I lost 65lbs with diet and exercise. anything is possible if you put your mind to it.
Frank. I looked back from week 0 to now. Looking great. I got the Schwinn Bowflex 3 weeks ago and I work it four days a week along with cardio (running) 6 days a week. I started Cardio on 7/10 and lost 20 lbs. Your quote was fantastic a few weeks back and it always sticks in my mind. "The next 20 weeks are going to happen, why not try to live them thin". Inspiring. Keep up the good work. You're doing great. (And Funny)!!

i just took a look at week one, and i do see a change - a little all over, mostly those handles are going down, and the back of course.

I've been doing the 4 day a week workouts for about 10 weeks now. I prefer it over the three per week, personally.
