did you use a video camera or a bunch of camera shots and jump from screen to scree, cause watching this is givivng me virtigo

It is a combination of several things: A cheap HD camcorder with no image stabilization, a very unsteady hand (mine), and when it was encoded by youtube from the native 720p 60fps to whatever youtube uses, it seemed to get even worse.
