I love your videos dude, was sad to hear of poor Zilla, RIP Zilla - ~I'm a new T-keeper, I have a OBT sling and a hatian brown at the moment, hoping to add to my collection :)
Hi I bought a GBB spiderling yesterday, fed him one cricket about this size. It ate it all. Should I feed it twice a week for now? And got any tip that could be usefull for that specie? Thanks
I sent you a friend request. I need some help with my GBB. If you could take a look at the 3 vids of my GBB and see if you can help me identify wether she is a male or female and about how old it is by its size.
@tarantulaguy1976 I think the slings are just cute I wish I knew what kind I could get I been looking into a lot of different ones but this would be my 1st time getting one hope they all get good homes those little cuties.
hey i am just wondering if you can get any other species of T in Australia other then the native species we have would you be able to answer my question most people cannot ? thanks alot
well if there would be a spider that looks like GBB slings when its mature it would be so great!! These slings are so beautiful! In a big size it would be AWESOME!!
Wow that was exciting...they were almost as excited as you were! LOL I saw what these guys look like as adults and what a beautiful T! Thanks for sharing with us! I have yet to break down and get my first T. My wife would disown me!!!!
spent the last few hours watching your videos. im into insect keeping of all kinds you have a great setup im actualy considering raising a T i really had no idea they did not require alot of room.
anyways thanks for the videos your enthusiasm is superb.
King baboon is not a beginner Sp at all!! It burrows and you will never see it, most aggressive T there is and the bite is unreal!!! Blue fang is very fast and also aggressive!!! so it would be GBB in my opinion!!
yeah i know. they look crazy when they grow up too.. when you say $24 each plus express shipping. does it mean that the total will be $24 with the shipping price added already, or is it $24 for the T
How hard are GBB to breed,i've an adult female i'd love to try and have a go at breedin them for my first time,i've heard they are'nt the easyest to mate, have u any tips?
Rob, you should start a b lateralis colony. They're as easy as dubia, and more cricket-like in behavior and size - absolutely perfect for slings. I got 2,000 for $30 shipped on AB.
Hey Rob, hope you feel better soon! (Not going to say "I hope you're feeling alright, because im guessing you're not by the look of the comments XD). I would probably freak out if i was bit by a T, screaming "IM GOING TO DIIIIEE!!!" for about an hour XD
fabrykaczapek...you dont even know Rob obviously. If you did know him, you wouldnt be acting like such an a-hole to him. He is a nice guy who is nice to everybody. So you really have no reason to act like that.
By the way fabrykaczapek, you didnt capitilize the first letter at the beginning of your setences and also, "You also made a mistake the spiders name" is an incomplete sentence.
Except a "critique" as you called it would not have included the rude bit about it being a "shame" because he is a pro. By the way you mispelt wikispecies.
fabrykaczapek do you even own a T. If not you really need to shot the hell up. and if you do and you got bit by one im sure you would cry like a little bitch. You the one who needs to go to school im sure you had to look up the spelling for this T so you could talk your little talk. You need to shut the hell up. Leave the man alone. Hes a good guy he doesn't need dumb asses like you bag on him.
It's only about manners, it's a shame that a pro like him takes critique in such a lame way. Dude, everybody makes a mistake, it's not a big deal, you just show your class if you can admit it instead of being rude.
Hey Rob, I am more of a venomous snake fan...but your videos are making me facinated...Were they baby spiders? What do they feed on when theyre on the mothers back?
The babies usually disperse at this time feeding on any insects they can find. Baby spiderrs usually don't go on the mother bach, they usually just go on there way!!
Fab vid, great watching the little guys eating. An how petty is it of folk to be so bitchy about a spelling mistake. Must be hard for them folk being so bloody perfect(NOT)!!!! Get well soon Rob.
It should be Chromatopelma cyaneopubescens and not cyanopblescens. I am paying attention because you are not a newbie so it's a bit of shame :P Look it up in wikispiecis if you don't believe me. Cheerio!
OMG!!! are fucking kidding me??? I am on 5 vicoden, I have irregular heart beat, 104 degree fever, and muscle cramps from a ornata bite!! Why don't you go look up how to breed a tarantula....that way you can produce your own sac! witch you probably haven't..good by cheerrio!!
Great feeding video Rob. Those are so cute. I feed all my slings B.lateralis roach nymphs. I go through about 300 a week on 150 slings I have. Haven't bought crickets in 5 months now. I got a kick out watching the crickets being surrounded and figuring out were to go. Awesome! How you doing from your recent bite with the P. ornata?
