These are so delicious! I made it with some extra bagels. I used salt, pepper, oregano, and Mrs Dash (onion and garlic flavour). They'll be topping a caesar salad later tonight. :)

Unfortunately my bread doesn't get stale, it gets moldy. I don't think I can do anything with it at that point.
