Iranians & Armenians have ancient bonds, we have even shared kingdoms, and yes Vardan did fight the Pesrians for freedom of religion, but we are very close culturally and both people are of Indo-European stock.

Please dont insult the Iranians, they are generally very good people, and from what my Persian Armenian freinds say, Iranians respect Armenians in Iran.
