Hi Allen. I'm a new turner, about 2 months now. I really appreciate your videos and project, they're really good skill builders. Baconsoda is right about jewelery. I got a bit nervous on a few videos with your watch. I saw a boy, about 20 years ago, lose his hand when his watch got caught in the chuck. I started back at your 1st video, and watching all of them. I'm very impressed that your devotion spills into your videos, that's a rare quality these days.

You'll find that your friends will all have your ornaments on their trees and you'll have none... a bit like the mechanic's car. Nice work. Maybe it would be worth putting your wedding ring in your pocket. I got mine caught a while back and got off light but it could have been a lot worse.
