Radio stations here in the USA should play this song! So what if the album was critically panned while I love it so much? It still should be good for radio.
Shake you Foundations, Sink the Pink etc, are dam good AC/DC songs from the 80's. The band play this song so tight and powerful, AC/DC are a powerhouse of Rock n Roll.
man, those were surely the BEST TIMES on AC/DC... look at everything, it's just so perfect! even the crowd is really near the stage, and Brian's voice was at it's best too...
@TheHijacked Bon did not write the lyrics to Back in Black. It's obvious to anyone who even knows the style of lyrics the two men would write. Furthermore, it is inconceivable Angus and Malcolm would have not given Bon posthumous credit on the album had he written the lyrics.
@TheHijacked I don't want to get into a war of words with you, either, but I want to address two things in your reply. First- don't try "Out AC/DCfanning" me- you won't win. Second, your comment was accentuated with the term "mate," which makes me think you have a bias towards Scott as he was semi-Australian. Now, you say you've "read interviews" with Phil Rudd and Malcolm hinting at Scott writing lyrics on BIB. Would you kindly reference them to back your point of view?

All of the post Bon Scott songs were written by Angus and Malcolm. As were most of the Bon Scott era songs. Brian Johnson does not write songs for AC/DC. Little know fact is that Malcom is both the business and creative leader of this band.
Bon Scott shared a songwriting credit for EVERY Bon-era song except for covers done by the band (School Days, Baby Please Don't Go) and two other songs (Soul Stripper, Can I Sit Next to You Girl). Brian Johnson wrote lyrics from the time he started in the band until The Razors Edge, where Angus and Malcolm took over songwriting duties and have done so since.
Got to love this underrated classic from an underrated album. And youve got to love Ang at his longest hair best, not too sure if this is a bon scott era song tho, almost certain it was written by Johnson
i wish they would put this song into the setlist today just to mix it up a bit....this song is underrated....and so is the album, it's the heaviest they ever sounded.
yeah a few times in 96! that was a big one for acca, he aslo doesnt sign albums that he didnt drum on! where as Brian signs anything...he would never do this song! which is a pitty! cos i this album is awesome!

Fly on the wall was actually thier last truly energetic album, until the razor's edge, but there was only 4 songs of that that were energetic, imo Fly on the wall was underrated, it's the mix that was a bit off with fly on the wall, other than that it has 3 good songs: Fly on the wall, sink the pink and this one.
well fair enough, some were less energetic than others. This means war and Heatseeker were the most energetic, stuff like Go Zone and Nick of time were good, but not that energetic, Fly on the wall was class though.
i love fly on the wall i just think it is one of there albums with the best riffs on it. I LOVE AC/DC and don't get me wrong, but i think fly on the wall is a better album than Highway to hell. the riffs on FOTW seem so good and energetic.
