  • Why bend one leg and have other straight at 1:46, wont that just mean her back isnt completely straight when shes doing the partial situps?

  • excellent advice, I knew about the bridge thing, and there's also the one you do from a sort of push up postition. I like the thin tummy exercise as it is something you are more likely to do pretty much anywhere, but I do understand that you need a variety of movement to get the most out of your exercise. Thanks for your videos!
