flash is good but the only problem is it turns you video into smaller frame rate for example i use 720x570 when recording my xbox with my easycap, but when i convert it usinf flash the frame rate goes down to 300x300 now if any of you guys know how to change this or could help me with this issue please message me
WMV is the best codec used for almost lossless quality, when uploading to youtube. I've uploaded my new youtube intro using 3 different codecs: H.265, WMV and MPEG-4. Check it out on my channel to see the differences.
WMV is most sharp and got the smallest filesize. Only encoding toke longer than the other two codecs, plus, it's not natively supported in Unix (as far as I know to this date).
hey man, still out there? I can capture mp4's with Jing-Pro. when playback on my computer they're pixel perfect. and quick to upload to youtube. but youtube degrades the quality a lot when it processes.
I screen capture a 390x480 rectangle, but at 480p in youtube, blurry. any ideas?
thanks! i was wasting lots of time experimenting with file formats. one video started as a 800p video 1.28Gb and i tried exporting it as a .mov at 480p and the file was 41Gb!
can someone help me out here? i record my xbox 360 gameplay with my hauppauge hd pvr, just got it and it kicks ass. it records into mp4 files onto my comp. however im using sony vegas 7.0e, and it seems that mp4 is not supported? what should i convert the mp4 file to for editing and what should i convert it too for final upload to youtube? hope this makes sense. i dont feel like purchasing a newer model of vegas to get mp4 to work and i want the best quality i can get. thanks.

I think this is good, but to be fair mate, you take 4 minutes to tell people what you could of told them in 1 minute. Thanks for the info anyway.
