You could probably expect to pay in excess of $800-well over $1,000 depending on electronics.

It's not ready to fly tho until you're ready to fly it, and skill is priceless.

i think a tandom rotor rc heli is harder to fly than a normal one does anyone agree or is it just me?

Tandems are more stable, but present their own issues that singles don't have. Like "Front Rotor Vortex Interfierence". I hear the Twin Rexx is also a bit mushy on the yaw and takes a lot of coordination in the turns.

Likely not easier or harder, just different.

the other video you were watching was a tandem-coaxial. this is just a tandem. very different flying characteristics. this is not for n00bs.

it would sound better if you had a lower rotor speed you would get more of a chugging sound from the blades cool heli though
