  • I am not knocking it, but why is for just white people? or I guess bi racial people too.

  • @Speedylipper "bi racial people"?! Gosh! You win the award of "Nazi of the week"! Why don't you go and call people hybrids?!

  • @Djanck000 a people can and do identify as biracial....Nazis kill people...and thanks for offering the award? My question is legitimate and shouldn't be met by hateful comparisons, and it actually supports my point or maybe it's the reason why those sectors are being trained in this instance. I think that people of color need leadership training in the same room about the same things, not to guilt anyone but education shouldn't be divided as if groups are different.

  • @Speedylipper Sorry about that. I was not familiar with the country you guys are from. Not joking...

Here, we are so mixed up that assuming someone is african-caucasian, because this person's skin is brown, can be considered very offensive. And most people don't identify race or what country their ancestors came from.

Yes we have lots of racists here, but in general they are just ignorant and stupid people.

It's just a different culture and i understand your point.

  • ok. I will. :) Can't wait to rumble in Oakland with you!

  • Wow, I think it's awesome you're going to do this. It seems rare that anyone can be non-racist without an awareness of how racism works. Ever hear "I'm not a racist, but...?" I think that rather than assuming one is not racist, it's more useful to acknowlege that one may be, and then seek out how and eradicate it.
