wow....your like a real ...um...trained...artist...you can sing too..as well as act...thats...like real high quality vocal stuff yer doin there.....not many people do this kind of stuff..cept like classically trained singers....
@amalgardiner Catholics do not "rely" on the Blessed Virgin, we adopt her as our spiritual "mother" as Christ himself asked John to as he died on the cross. We ask her to pray FOR US because as you can tell from the miracle @ Cana [H20 -- wine] she asked her son to perform a miracle [which he would not have done otherwise] and being a perfect son [loving his mother and honoring/respecting her-- as is a commandment] if Mary were to ask her son to do the same for us, how much more meaningful
@amalgardiner would it be coming from her !?! Also, in Isaiah, we are told that it is not the # of words a prayer has but the "heart" which it comes from and with which we say it that truly matters. We often see ourselves as sinning people that are unworthy of God's love and forgiveness- we then ask someone who is worthy [such as the (sinless) Mother of God and Queen of Heaven] to present our prayers for us.
You can also think of it in terms of a family... when you want to ask your dad for
