OKay 5400015 is somewhat right. Armenia wa the first country to adopt Christianity. Look up Armenia in the Wikepedia, and anywhere else. My co-workers just came fromthere for a Global visit. That part is true. But the world adopts and adapts, and there have been so many adaptations through cultures, that we are all really jsut one and it doesn't matter. In some way we share very similar or evolved cultures. Think about it.
samshi grzeli ar ginda TETIK1? Arabs, turks, persians and other jihad warriors tried to convert georgia from christian faith since eight century, but they failed!
Turks really didn't push people to change their religion. If they did, there is no way Balkans would have stayed Christian after 400 years of invasion. But we sould be talking about this beautiful dance don't you think. I am Abhazian but I don't mind saying Sukhushvili ansamble is awsome. Music and culture unites, religion devides them. Something to think about
in Adjaria number of muslims and cristians are almost equal, but religion doesn't play a keyrole in life of this region. muslims and cristians, they both are Georgian, there has never been any clashes between cristians and muslim. even in Tbilisi mosque, Georgian orthodox church, Armenian church, sinagoga and catholic churche are built next to each other, sunits and shiits prey in one mosque, together. we respect all religion, because all religion creates culture.
during Georgia-Ottoman wars, Turks really had many attempt to make Georgians change their religion, and meny of Georgian did so, but it was long time ago, when religion was used as a political weapon, now in Georgia representatives of all nationalities and religion ar equal. we have Abkhazian, Ossetian, Armenian, Azeri members of executive and lagislative government, many famous person from cultural life represent ethnic minorities, many respectable scientist belong to those nations.
many famous athlets, journalists, are representatives of ethnical miniorities. but in real they are not miniority here, they are our part, our neughbours. Abkhazian, Ossetian, Georgian, Armenian, Azeri children play together in the yard, go to same school, same university, they became part of Georgian life, Tbilisi is beautifull because of it's cultural diversity,
@Vladirussia I've been to Tbilisi once, and I must agree with you. It is surely one of the most beautiful capitals in the world. I actually got to see some dancing as well, and it's truly amazing. It rather resembles Norwegian dance (I'm from Norway) so do check out some Norwegian postings om youtube, for example the brilliant ensemble FRIKAR
Dont forget who convert some north caucasians from there fathers religioun to Islam, and they did it by fors.your predesesors fight for freedom and religion but now most of caucasians forgot u made invade tham
this dance all belongs to Georgians. Dont make comment about Azeris. U always say that. No Azeri culture in this dance. Everybody can see the difference. Azeris also not real Caucassian.
