Does anyone KNOW what is the name of goje sabz in English at 3:07? and where to find them in the US? I have lived here for 20 years and have not been able to find them in the New England area. Please let me know! Thanks.
I really appreciate your reply. But I made a mistake. I meant to ask about 3:29. What they'd be called in English and if you'd know where I'd be able to buy some in the US? Thanks again:)

@fredlateef
Kabobs 100% Iranian/PERSIAN food
read about its history
Persian soldiers in ancient times used their swords as skewers to cook meat over fires=kabob
and ghaymeh (and other khoreshts) are IRANIAN

It's so nice to see Persian food presented in the traditional and civilized way as in 2.01 and not in stainless steel...
