what the hell are people talking about the ls1 is an all aluminum motor heads/block. it might be heavyer but not by much. respect the mans work, good shit. theres more in that ls1 than people think

Bra I run a worked 302 Windsor in my 240Z and it actually saves a good 100kg over the stock 2.4 6 cyl, and thats conservative.

Thats a retarded statement. With that V-8 swap the car sits at a perfect 50/50 weight distribuition... it's now the perfect sports car. WIdth of a motor has no bearing on handling, it's where the weight is sitting. does it sit over the tires or does it sit in front of them... stifness of suspension, stuff like that. It is the perfect engine for the perfect car
