You gotta slow the hell down in some of those exerciese. Speed doesn't mean shit if you have no form. I hate that half of the people in the DVD workouts have terrible form. Just sayin, be safe and take breaks if you have to. It will improve your form and results.
Awesome, just a few pointers. Push-up jacks, the legs spread apart when you go down to the floor, now when you lock out your arms at the top. Also Keep your back flat during the power jumps, and spider-man plank thing. Keep butt down and back flat. you'll get better definition in your core. Also making your butt stay in the air like a pyramid is bad for your lower back. You're kickin ass!
This was amazing! I did this today, and the exercise where you kick your legs up and down super fast as your triceps are working are a killer. You feel your legs are going to EXPLODE, POP! I love this workout! Been on insanity for 1 month, amonst other stuff I do. Love the song you have on!!! Those jumps are as hell! AWESOME THOUGH! I literally looked like I came out of a swimming pool of the amount of sweat I was dripping! LOL! Keep up the good, greeat work!
i have it and i dont get one thing.. it says fit test and max interval circuit,, does it mean that we have to do the fit test,, right after max interval circuit >>>???
I decided to do both back to back, but I'm a nut. I recommend doing them separately, about six hours apart or at least enough time to gather your strength and recover from the first workout.
I definitely would not do the fit test immediately after any other workout as it will compromise the measurement of your fitness level for this program. You want to keep all things equal, meaning doing your tests under the same conditions every time.
stackgzup, yes. I was in a head on collision years ago that tore up my ACL, MCL and meniscus. I was lucky to survive, actually, and it took about a year or two to completely rehabilitate. I don't always used a knee wrap, but some days when the workout is intense I like keeping my knee supported and warm.
Hope you're having fun juggalohaven. Yeah, it wiped me out, but it was 90 minutes of glorious pain. I originally had this video set to AC/DC's "Thunderstruck", which sounds waaayy better than this junk. I've been strength training for over 20 years and helping folks get in killer shape. Feel free to add me as a friend on Facebook @ url/coachmarc. You can also find it on my website.
I primarily use this program to improve my conditioning and to target the muscle groups that involve the improvement of my running: core, hip flexors, glutes, quadriceps and calves. I do involve many other moves such as push ups and various other moves that target other body parts to maintain a decent balance between upper body and lower body conditioning. If you're a runner who wants to improve your time on the track, this is the ideal program.
GO GO GO SUPERMAN MARC!

The Fit Test is to measure your progress... I would do it before a workout or on an off day if you take a day off...

Very good! That's putting in some serious work right there. Question though, what's with the knee strap? Have you had some knee problems in the past?
