First seven seconds of the video are great. The video is great but first five-seven seconds and final are fantastic. How can you not fall in love with in a heartbeat her when she mocks Tigh and salutes Adama with that half-soldier/ half kid salute. Love her.

I've seen all the BSG eps but I see what happens in 0:58 in a fair few vids where she twirls her finger and I just dunno which ep its from.

That scene of her twirling her finger is actually from the opening credits - when they show quick shots of moments from the episode. Except that shot is never actually in the episode.
