Its EXTREMELY possible. His big...Or ONE of them, (his BIG being Ace Frehley) is or was Randy Rhoads. Its a "neo- classical" riff, and Randy studied classical...And he did stuff like that.

@feelthepain69 Actually, the start of the Rhoads lick is at 0:46. It begins as a spin off of the lead in to the solo for the song "Revelation (Mother Earth)". Then, Dime begins the solo of the same song. The solo is practically identical to Rhoads' aside from Dimebag's drastic changes in tempo. He also only plays about 3/4 of the way through and then segways into a section from Randy's spotlight solo at 1:24. If you listen carefully you can hear many "renditions" of Randy licks throughout.
